Town Hall meeting in Brooklyn on Tues., June 18

On behalf of Erica Gonzalez, Executive Editor of El Diario/La Prensa, I am reaching out to make sure

you are aware of the upcoming town hall meeting in Brooklyn on Tues., June 18Please circulate this information to your CB members and encourage them to participate. 

El Diario/la Prensa is co-hosting with CBS 2 News, 1010 WINS, WCBS Radio 880, Common Cause, and  CUNY  a series of town hall meetings -- one per borough -- where people can pose the questions and concerns that should be posed to the candidates for mayor, city comptroller and public advocate. 

There will be journalists present from each organization (Maurice DuBois from CBS News, Marlene Peralta from El Diario, Sonya Rincon from 1010WINS, etc)  to hear and record what people have to say. This will inform the questions drawn up for the candidates.

Brooklyn – June 18 – St. Francis College

Queens – June 25 – N.Y. Hall Of Science

Staten Island – June 27 – Wagner College
